In 1994 the Arizona Legislature enacted ARS. § 33-1804 and required that
"all meetings of the [homeowner] association and board of directors are open to all members of the association" except for any portions of a meeting relating to four exempted topics (employment, legal advice, litigation, and enforcement matters).
Also, the homeowner association must supply notice of its meetings to all members, unless the articles of incorporation and bylaws provide otherwise. See AR.S. §33-1804(B).
When does Hacienda Real HOA supply these notices? I have never seen anything to that effect except for the annual meetings.
